Bio

Hale Harris grew up fishing the trout rivers of the Rocky Mountain west. He has worked as a guide for Rainbow King Lodge in Illiamna, Alaska, and Blue Ribbon Flies in West Yellowstone, Montana. He currently makes his home in Fort Smith, Montana, where he is the co-owner of Bighorn Trout Shop (www.bighorntroutshop.com), one of the premier fly shops and lodges on the Bighorn River. Hale has been guiding trout and salmon anglers for 27 years. He has a passion for rising trout, big Alaskan rainbows, and steelhead on a two-handed rod.
